About

For over 4 decades, founder, Millette Milliken has served in several ministry capacities: pianist, minister of music, worship leader, choir director for various church, community adult and youth choirs, as well as business manager for a gospel ensemble in her hometown of Paducah, KY. She has worked with several local churches in the Nashville, TN area as a music ministry consultant, choir director, worship leader, and has facilitated numerous workshops for music ministries.

Millette is a leader at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, under the leadership of Bishop Joseph W. Walker, III. She is licensed and ordained as an Elder, served as Co-Prefect for the Ministers in Training program, and served in the Daughters of the Promise Womens' Choir. 

Vocationally, Millette has worked in the legal field specializing in workers compensation and general liability litigation management for both plaintiff and defense for 4 decades. She holds a Senior Claim Law Associate designation from American Educational Institute, Inc.

Educationally, she's a graduate of Williamson College in Franklin, TN, with Bachelor of Science degrees in Christian Ministry with an emphasis in Music and Worship; Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude); and Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership. She received a Certification in Business Consulting from the Institute of Coaching and Consulting Excellence.

A 2010 stomach cancer survivor, Millette gives back as a mentor and serves as an advocate through the Debbie’s Dream Foundation, and is the Executive Secretary on the board of the Interdenominational Services Organization of America, Inc. (ISOA)
